Revolutionizing support for neurodivergent students

Our Story

When one of our co-founders sent her sons to college after excelling in K-12, she saw first-hand the struggles neurodivergent students face in higher education. Conversations with other parents confirmed they weren’t alone—there was a clear gap in support for students with ADHD and neurodivergent challenges. Equal Edge U was founded with a personal mission to close this gap and empower neurodivergent students to thrive.

With nearly 21% of undergraduates living with disabilities and their graduation rates 20% lower than their peers, the need for change is undeniable. Equal Edge U offers targeted resources and support to help students manage tasks, sharpen skills, and succeed in and out of the classroom. We are revolutionizing support systems—helping students build confidence, independence, and momentum on their path to success.

What is neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity refers to people whose brains work differently than the “typical” person in terms of learning, communicating and processing information. It’s a difference, not a disability.

For too long, these students have been made to feel inadequate or less than, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Equal Edge helps students break down barriers, tackle challenges and achieve greatness—because your way of thinking is your strength.
